Exchange/Returns

We are happy to offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached. We also offer a Refund within 15 Days of requesting for the return. (With online refund for Online Payments and Store credit for COD Payments only)

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

1.    Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

2.    Place return request from the link here www.veeves.com

3.    Email us at info@veeves.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Subsequently, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 3-5 business days at no additional cost to you.

Once the item is picked up, we will credit your account (if you have one set up) for the amount of that item at STORE CREDIT or we can issue an online refund via within 15 business days, depending on the option you choose when requesting a return.

You may exchange an item purchased at info@veeves.com for the same or a different item, however all exchanges are subject to availability of merchandise.

To cancel an order, please email us at info@veeves.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order.
